WebYou’ll only fight It Lives after unlocking it, however, it will count as killing Mom’s Heart for the heart mark on character so don’t worry. It Lives still gives the Heart mark for your post it notes. As for actually battling the Heart, there is a way (technically 2), but one’s very niche and the other doesn’t really count.
