To talk to a serial port in .net use the System.IO.Ports.SerialPort class. I don’t know about android tablets, but I have used that on Windows, MacOS, and usb serial adapter on Linux on a Raspberry Pi without issue. Using MAUI or not shouldn’t matter as far as connecting to serial port goes, the api is the same.
