As you can see in the mount option from fstab file, I have given options to automatically remount the share upon disconnection. Just did a clean install of Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and got this trying to hook up my Linux HTPC. Solved it by running: sudo apt-get install cifs-utils then remounting it. CIFS returns code "-22" in many cases (not only invalid arguments).
